First 10 Days
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 10 days after delivery, simply return all physical products we shipped to you. That’s a firm promise and commitment. We will process your refund to your bank account in next 10 days.
If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can email the photos to email@example.com.Uploaded photos can be removed only by contacting Customer Service.
We dont Accept returns in following cases
If the products are returned due to rejection by international customs.
If the products are misplaced by international customs.
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery.
If product is used.
How to Initiate a return request
Login to your Account, Go to your order and click on retrun button and your return request is sent to seller. The seller may arrange a picupk or he may request you to send him the courier yourself. The refund will be processed when seller receives the product back.
To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a return. We want satisfied customers.Please remember that asking for a return a excessively used product purchased from is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
